All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include statutory VAT. Discounts do not apply when purchasing gift cards.
We use Klarna Checkout – pay quickly and smoothly with card, invoice, direct payment or bank transfer. You can also use Paypal for fast and secure payment.
Storing of Personal Data
We are responsible for all personal information provided to us. The information you provide is stored digitally and used for order management, marketing, communication and billing. If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletters, they are also stored for this service. The information we store include your first and last name, your address, ip, e-mail address and telephone number. BakeCake.se (as stipulated in PuL) will not disclose this information to third parties. If you would like to request a summary of your information or close your account with us, please contact our customer service.
All products are in stock unless anything else is stated. If there is a stock balance fault, it means that the purchased product is out of stock. If the ordered product is out of stock we will contact you immediately via email and offer a change to another alternative or crediting.
Error prints and color reproductions
We reserve the right to misprints and reserve the right to make changes on the website and in these terms without further notice.
Please note that incorrect information in the product description is not classified as a product error.
Colors may look different on different screens, therefore the perceived color may differ from reality and is not classified as a product error.
Best expiration-date on food is a quality stamp where the manufacturer guarantees that the product retains its expected properties. Goods purchased from us usually have a minimum period of 2 months, often longer.
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005: 59) you have the right to undo the purchase, but not for food that can deteriorate quickly.
The right of withdrawal is 14 days.This right does not apply to inedible products or opened packages.
In order to apply for the right of withdrawal, all points below must be fulfilled.
The item is unused.
The packaging is unbroken.
Packaging and goods are free from damage.
Before the return, please contact us via the Return form and fill in the Return Form which was included in the package.
For food products, the returned item must be delivered to us within 14 days from the day receiving the order.
The return shipping is paid by you as a customer. If you arrange the delivery on your own, the package must be sent with a shipping option that has delivery.
BakeCake does not retrieve shipments sent to agents (avoid this by using the correct return address).
BakeCake does not trigger shipments that are not sufficiently postage.
Pack the item properly for returns.
If we believe that a returned item is not damaged, defective or incorrect, we reserve the right to treat the reclaim as a right of withdrawal.
If you wish to get the reclaimed product back, the actual shipping cost will be paid and the shipment will only be sent out after the amount has been paid.
If we believe that a reclaimed product is not damaged, defective or incorrect, no reimbursement of the return cost will be made.
Delivery to agents remains for two weeks (14 days). If the package has not been collected within this time frame, it is automatically returned to BakeCake and a fee of SEK 250 is charged for the extra work, cost and administration that this entails. The buyer is responsible for the new freight in case of a possible repurchase of the goods. Schenker does not approve the extension of the packing time so ensure that you can retrieve it within the set time.
Incorrect address information
You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the address information you provide is accurate. Make it a habit of double checking the order recognition. If the package is sent to the wrong representative or if you cannot retrieve the package due to incorrect address information, you as a customer are responsible for an adjustment cost of SEK 350.
Return of faulty goods
If you find out that you have received the wrong product, please contact us in writing via the Return Form. We help you immediately!
The normal delivery time for Postnord and Schenker is 1-3 business days. BakeCake takes no responsibility for delivery delays beyond our control.
