Delivery

Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days. We send with Svenska Posten to guarantee the fastest possible delivery. Larger and heavier packages are sent to your postal agent with Schenker.

Orders placed before 13:00 Monday – Friday are sent the same day (not red days). Other orders are sent next weekday.

Smaller letters are delivered directly to your mailbox.

Larger letters / packages are delivered to your nearest postal agent and notified by text message and e-mail, delivery time 1-3 weekdays.

PostNord Varubrev

Your goods are delivered with Posten as Varubrev 1st class – domestic or packages depending on weight and size.

When you receive your package at home, you need to identify yourself. If someone else is to receive your shipment, that person must show both their own and your, the recipient’s, identification. It appears from the notice if you instead have the opportunity to pick up the consignment at your delivery point.

Delivery with Schenker

Your Schenker package is normally delivered to your agent within 2-4 working days. When the package has arrived at the agent, you will receive a notification and you can then pick up your package with a Swedish ID and package ID for the package. Please note that agents in smaller locations sometimes have limited delivery and that this can lead to the delivery time being extended by 1-2 working days.

Changed disposal

When delivering a consignment to the nearest postal agent, valid identification must always be shown. Only the person whose name is on the address label can pick up the shipment. If you as a customer wish to change some of the specified information or do you want your package to be available for you to pick up later than the regular time which is 14 days after arrival, contact us by email. This service has an administration fee of SEK 350 which is paid for by the customer.

International shipping

We offer shipping to the whole world with a shipping cost of SEK 139.

Invoice

Have you chosen to pay by invoice through Klarna? All invoices are handled and sent out via email by Klarna.

The invoice is sent by them in connection with us sending the order. If you have questions about your invoice, contact Klarna on telephone 08- 120 120 10 or log in to Mitt Klarna, where you can also pay the invoice with a few clicks.

If you choose payment against invoice, a credit check may be made. The invoice is sent via e-mail in connection with the order being sent from our warehouse and has a due date of 14 days. No invoice fee will be added.

Payment & security

In collaboration with Klarna’s payment solution Klarna Checkout, BakeCake offers invoice payment, partial payment, card payment with VISA or Mastercard and payment via internet banking.

Klarna Direkt

You can pay for the purchase directly by confirming with Mobile BankID. The money is automatically deducted from the bank account you have connected on Klarna’s website. The money is deducted 1-2 banking days after your package has been sent.

When paying in installments with a Klarna account, you can choose how much you want to pay each month. A credit check will be done by Klarna.

Online Payment

For credit card payments, the money is reserved directly when placing the order and deducted from the account at the time of delivery.

Direct payment via internet bank

In the case of direct payment via internet banking, the money is deducted from your account in connection with you approving the transaction (ie when placing an order).

Payment for companies

For companies, the same payment method applies as for private individuals through Klarna.
