Chocolate colors
Sometimes you want other colors for your chocolate than brown and white and then you have found the right one. We have a plethora of different shades and colors.
Chocolate colors are specially developed to color chocolate and make it a simple and attractive result.
Chocolate is a fat-based product, which means that the chocolate color you use must be oil-based, otherwise it can ruin your chocolate. Water-based colors such as food colors and pasta colors can therefore not be used for chocolate.
How to color chocolate?
To succeed with your chocolate, you should of course use chocolate colors, but there are many different ways to use it. For example, you can heat the chocolate color in the microwave and brush it on your mold where you then pour in chocolate. Or you can drip in any color into your tempered chocolate, which then works best with white chocolate.
